Background of the study
They have been constantly generating new ideas in an effort to find answers to the challenges they face and to make their lives easier. They have explored a wide variety of options in an effort to make their goals a reality. But, alas, there has been little to no advancement since they did not have the tools to carry them through; technologically and scientifically, they were full of rudimentary notions. As a result, there has been little to no advancement (Jackson, 2022). The advancement of technology over the century has given mankind the ability to do a variety of tasks with very little effort. To say nothing of the fact that the powerful technical too – computer ever known and seen by man engages in the pursuit of making life better and easier, it is sufficient to mention that this is the case. It is already transforming our world, and it will continue to do so in the future. It is possible that the history of computers and computing began with the abacus, a device that helped people with their mathematical calculations more than five thousand years ago. The names of individuals like as John Napier, Blaise Pascal, Gottfried Wilhelm, and Charles Babbage, amongst others, cannot be omitted from the progression of the evolutionary tendency. The challenges and limitations presented by physical labor in the performance of our profession were the impetus for the creation of this effective instrument (Criminalistic, 2021). What the computer is capable of doing in every field of human endeavor In 1982, a land mark was set in history when a paraplegic named Nandaris used the assistance of a computer to walk for the first time after completing a work. The computer is widely considered to be the most effective instrument. This is an example of the use of computers in the medical industry. In the industrial sectors, engineering and science may employ computers to inspire, construct, and design sophisticated industry equipment. In dangerous environments, computer-controlled robots may be employed to investigate regions that are hazardous to humans and can do tasks in locations like nuclear power plants where people are not allowed to go. Computer programs may be used in the fields of investigation and criminal detection to search for and discover missing individuals as well as goods at any given time and place, regardless of where they may be. The marvel of the computer is not very distant from the court proceedings and all other activities that take place in court owing to the fact that it may be used to keep certain criminal files and recover them whenever it is necessary to do so at any given moment (Patrick, 2020). The use of computers in court proceedings will result in an increase in both the promptness and accuracy of efficiency as well as the effectiveness of attendance by each and every client in the court (Halsbury, 2021). In the event when computers are used in the planning and execution of the documentation system for legal procedures. It will be of assistance in enhancing the judicial system of the country so that it may achieve its optimum value.
